This privacy policy explains how Loofsoft ("we", "us") handles information in our mobile games, including Tippy Top: Sky Tower (the "Game"). We keep things simple: we do not ask you for your name, email address or any account to play.

1. Information stored on your device

Your game progress, such as your best height, coins, unlocked tower styles and settings (sound and vibration), is saved only on your own device. We do not receive or store this information on our own servers. Uninstalling the Game deletes it.

2. Google Play Games Services

The Game uses Google Play Games Services for sign-in and leaderboards. If you are signed in to Play Games, Google provides the Game with your Play Games player ID, gamer name and profile picture, and your scores are sent to Google so they can appear on the leaderboards. Other players can see your gamer name, picture and score on the leaderboards. This information is processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. You can manage or turn off your Play Games profile in the Google Play Games app or in your Google Account settings.

3. Advertising

The Game is free and shows optional rewarded video ads (for example, to continue a game or double your coins) using Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, AdMob may collect and use information such as:

Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalised. Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), we ask for your consent through Google's consent message before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice later. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads). 4. Technical and diagnostic information

The Game is built with the Unity game engine and is distributed through Google Play. These services may automatically collect limited technical information, such as device type, operating system version, crash reports and performance data, to make the Game work properly and to fix problems. This information is not used by us to identify you.

5. How we use information

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Sharing

Information is shared only with the service providers described above (Google Play Games Services, Google AdMob, Google Play and Unity) for the purposes described in this policy, or when required by law.

7. Data retention and deletion

Progress stored on your device stays there until you uninstall the Game or clear its data. Leaderboard scores are kept by Google Play Games Services; you can remove your Play Games data through the Google Play Games app or your Google Account. If you would like help with deleting data related to the Game, contact us at the email below.

8. Children

The Game is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will help remove it.

9. Security

We use the security features of Google Play and the Android platform, and data sent by the services above is encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
